Quick to advertise, never to be seen again

Do not expect any support from educated technicians. After several error logs they finally sent a "technician" to the property. The Vumatel router is not giving out valid IP addresses and has to be reset. A technician arrived without any means of connecting to the router! Then we were told "I work mainly on the mechanics, not on the router so I don't have a laptop". THEN WHY SEND THIS TECHNICIAN IN THE FIRST PLACE??
