Quick response, professional & friendly team

My Wifi was down and I logged a call with Vumatel hours before the lockdown period started. I urged them to dispatch a technician to resolve it as we were very dependent on the Wifi while at home. Vumatel's policy is '3 working days' to attend to my issue. However , I was pleasantly surprised that within the 1st day of logging the call, their technicians arrived to fix the issue . Riaan and his colleague were AWESOME. Thanks guys :-)
