Putrid Vumatel
PUTRID SERVICE!!!...its ALWAYS maintenance and without notice!! This time the internet is expected to be out from today till Friday which is 4 days!!! So what are we supposed to do regarding our jobs?... each and every time its just WE APOLOGIZE FOR INCONVENIENCE! This is unacceptable and vumatel should be ashamed! I wish we could get another option for a different Fibre provider in Observatory area because vumatel is PUTRID

13 Mar 2026, 08:20I have given you my ticket number as given to me by my ISP!. That is what I received from them. It's either you help or you dont because YOU are the issue. You want a full month installment paid but you do not provide a full months service and a PUTRID customer service as well! It's been almost a week and I am not able to work due to this. I cant be paying full month for this nonsense

I have given you my ticket number as given to me by my ISP!. That is what I received from them. It's either you help or you dont because YOU are the issue. You want a full month installment paid but you do not provide a full months service and a PUTRID customer service as well! It's been almost a week and I am not able to work due to this.
