Putrid Service

What absolute disgusting service from Vumatel. My WiFi has been down for a whole week and nothing is being done about it. I've been explaining to the mweb guys that I'm a masters student and need my WiFi up and running especially in the final end of the year but it just doesn't register with Vumatel. They just don't care. Mweb has been telling me the WiFi would take 24hours to reactivate...its been a whole week now.

I wouldn't advise this service provider to anyone!
