Putrid service
I am constantly recieve bad service from mweb and vuma . Now I have to pay a fee of R249 just so they can update a new residential address . Mweb and vuma charges for everything you ask a question they charges you the service is beyond pathetic... I don't know why am I loyal to such putrid service.

I have now paid for a service which I am unable to use ...nowni have to hear I loose my money cos vuma is not covered in the complex I'm moving to .instead of you guys coming up with solutions for your customers.
