Pull up your socks

I am really disappointed at the lack of urgency that Vumatel has, as much as they are growing you would expect a growth in customer service as well instead it is something to be embarrassed about, all you get are the words “escalated” and “ticket” like to be honest I feel like one would have a better chance of getting service at the home affairs than at Vumatel at this current moment. They need to pick up their socks if they want to remain on top, how can it take two weeks for a line to be provisioned? If there is more demand surely they can afford to hire more staff.
