Public Service Warning – Level‑7 Internet & Vuma Fibre
Public Service Warning – Level‑7 Internet & Vuma Fibre
On 20 January 2026 I reported a fault with my fibre line dropping intermittently. The ONT would lose both internet and broadband lights for several minutes before recovering. This fault was closed without resolution. There is also a problem with my line speed.
Since then, repeated promises have been made to replace my ONT, but none were kept:
An appointment was scheduled for 9 February by Vuma Fibre – no technician arrived, no phone call.
A second commitment was made for 16 February by Vuma Fibre – again, nothing was done, no communication.
I was told a technician would arrive at 14:00 on 16 February – at that time, staff were still “trying to source a technician.”
This repeated failure to deliver service, combined with poor communication, is unacceptable. Customers deserve reliability and accountability. I am sharing this so others are aware of the lack of follow‑through and support I’ve experienced with Level‑7 Internet and their fibre provider Vuma.
