Provisioning of Fibre line not done as promised

The most pathetic service I have ever received, thanks Vumatel. My line was installed a week ago and I was promised that it would be provisioned the same day. Nothing was done and after repeated phone calls I was told by Kgosi (Randburg installations) that the exchange was full and my service could not be provisioned. He also mentioned that he could not tell me when this would be resolved. I have since then have yet to get hold of anyone who can tell me when my service will be provisioned. If this is not resolved this week, then the technicians can come and remove the Raycor and I'll find another service provider who is actually is interested in providing a service.

In typical fashion, I received two phone calls and a promise from Kgosi to have my line provisioned by 5pm. It still hasn't been done. In addition I was promised a phone call to communicate the progress of the provisioning by Kgosi. He didn't bother. You actually have to try pretty hard to be THIS useless.

As of today my Fibre service has still not been provisioned as promised. Gosi promised me on Friday that it would be up and running by the end of the day, which again; hasn't happened. If this is not resolved by the end of today (26/09) then I will contact your CEO, Niel Schoeman and get him involved to resolve this.
