property/car damages and poor installation by Vuma technicians

Good day my name is Sibusiso Stuart Ndlovu, As I write this I am utterly disgusted by the poor service Vuma company has provided me with. I requested for a new line Fibre installation and they dispatched two guys to come and install, firstly they have neglected the care for my property because when they climbed on the step ladder they ruined and broke a section of my gutters, non of them even apologized or wanted to take responsibility for anything, secondly, they left a rope hanging on my ceiling very carelessly, they did not even use clamps to make sure its enforced to the surface, its just moving around and making sounds on the ceiling since its windy, the 3rd concern is with regards to the step ladder they used, as they were going out in a rush they then scratched my car which left me heart broken, I have pictures and camera footage of all the damages, I will not even touch on their stinking attitude, I went to the police station to open a case since no one has taken the curtesy to take accountability. Do get back to me, I want the cable clamped properly, my gutter fixed as well as the dents on my car. I will provide the case number upon request. Please do contact me on ***
