Promises not kept by Vumatel & Afrihost - Speed Increase

I was promised a speed increase as from 1 July 2021 from 100/10 MBPS to 200/200 MBPS for the same subscription fee by Afrihost on the Vumatel backbone. Fact is, after the so called "speed upgrade", at this moment in time, I running at Ping 2m.s. / Upload 87.42 MBPS / Download 58.56. I'm not a gamer, so a upload speed that is faster than my download speed is absolutely ridiculous.

Especially after 8 o'clock at night, internet connectivity is intermittent and slooooooooooooooow!!!!!

I've had a long discussion with Afrihost technicians on Facebook, but this situation has not been sorted out after longer than a month!

Shame on you Afrihost (& Vumatel), once again you left me disappointed and dismayed! Perhaps it is time for a different backbone provider and a different service provider!?
