Poor/non existent customer satisfaction

Vimatel is really no good at customer service I reported a faulty router a month ago still has not been fixed but they still debit money for no service. They have no customer line and they don’t interact with customers u really on web africa to talk to them and they give excuses and indefinite answers on their behalf all while happily taking your money with no explanation as to when they coming to fix the line
