Poorest, worst customer service ever.

Vumatel is the worst company to deal with, they have very poor customer service, no one responds to you on Whatsapp, you wait for hours on the line when calling then your call ends up getting cut off, they do not respond to emails or their DMs on Facebook. I have been trying to get assistance from this company for 3 days. I cancelled my subscription, you pay every month and get treated like this. No way, this is pedantic. Never will I recommend anyone to make use of Vuma they do not care about their customers.
