Poorest Service Ever

My line has been down and I don't know what else to do now, cause I'm paying for a service and I'm not getting it, which is really frustrating. I tried to contact Web Africa, from 3 PM and till 9 PM, I wasnt able get through on both their call centre and WhatsApp line. I finally got through today, after waiting another hour, they said they don't know why the line is down and they will send the query to Vumatel. However what's more frustrating is that Vumatel doesn't have a contact center also. It's just people on social media reading our inboxes and choosing not to reply. If I knew this would be the service I'd be getting, I honestly wouldn't have signed up and I'm seriously considering cancelling this thing, I use my internet at home for work purposes, now I can't work and I have no indication when I will be. Fix your **** or just refund me my payment for the month and we can close the contract!
