They have turnaround time of 72 hours (3 days) but still do not arrive or at least communicate why they are not going to come. If I visited Hello Peter before I buy it. What makes things worse is even call center do not have phone numbers for technician just to find out why they are not going to work.

I ordered rain because it has been 4 days today but nothing has happened. Just extremely useless and this is perfect recipe for failure your company will never last if you continue like this. Alternative number ***
