Poor workmanship on the fibre wires.

Whoever is contracted to service the Vuma fibre wires in Newcastle Madadeni is useless. We had an interruption which pasted three days because the fibre wired were damaged by an SAB truck as they were hanging too low from the street level. they attended to the problem then installed an additional pole to support the wire but never attached the wire to the new pole. The wire is now hanging so low one can literally touch it and we are just waiting for it to be snapped again because of the very poor workmanship. We also risking another outage again but we always pay the full amount, the danger these wires pose to the children can alco not be ignored. This is pathetic and a total lack of respect for the paying customers.
