Poor survice

I am not Happy with vumatels customer service is poor,how can I pay for my order on the 3th of june up until today no one have come but all they do is just phoning me and no out come at the end this is bull ****, why will I pay for smthn that I want to use and now I end up buying data's because this people rush us to pay first than fail to deliver this is total an acceptable
