Poor Support

Fibre Internet down since 4 Sept 2021. VOX my ISP states that the fault is due to a cross configuration of my ONT by Vumatel. Extract from an email from VOX " We are waiting on Vumatel’s system to sync your address. The ticket logged for the address creation has been created MPT-2958"

It is day 5 and still no resolution. This poor support from Vumatel is totally unacceptable.
