Poor standard for fibre installation

Recently installed fibre at my place. the completed installation was appauling and very amateur. terminated the line on the router and not on the wall box. cable itself was exposed and open to break very easily. which happened when we needed to move the router to the desired location as i requested from them. Been waiting for feedback from vumatel agents to rectify their workmanship for a week now.
