poor show vumatel - 3 weeks and still waiting??! disappointing service
vumatel have been twice to my house no contact , every time i call its ''the team will get back to you'' engaged with vumatel for fibre set up on 5 september . does it normally take 3 weeks? its easier to deal with TELKOM. KLARA keeps saying she will find out and call back . frustrated + disappointed colin temkin **********

no it wasnt resolved . i had to call 4 times that week . the only response was ''ill get the team to call you and update you'' . poor service
