Poor services

Good day, my Fibre was installed last week thursday and I was told that activation takes 72hours, but I am still waiting to be activated, I have call numerously and a just get **** to by your different consultants. I would like this to be solved urgently because I am realy disappointed with the services provided. Looking forward to your response.
