Poor services

Pathetic service!!!!! I advise people not to put Fibre via vumatel, they are a bunch *****, I have been waiting almost two weeks regarding my activation. There customer service is pathetic and it seems like they are not trained correctly. Every consultant has different stories. I have reported it but clearly someone is not doing there jobs. If this is how you treat customers then you guys should not be service providers. Realy discusted and actually planing on canceling your services
