Poor service/faulty internet
Good day
I'm Bongani with account number ***6 , highly disappointed with vuma Fibre that is constantly not working and the technical stuff that hangs up on calls when they can't resolve things . Only solution is to change service provider hoping to get one with better customer service, has proper working internet connection.
