Poor Service would not recommend !!!!
I am highly dissapointed and ****ed. My wifi with vumatel has been off the whole week in johannesburg No feedback or anything this is such pathetic service. We are new clients and this is the service we get. If somebody from vumatel is reading this please tell the rest of your colleagus what **** service vumatel provides. Unhappy customer and wanting to cancel

Good Evening,Please see attached all tickets we have created with vumatel since the 6th of may. This is unacceptable. I want a response and my wifi to be turned on otherwise i am cancelling my wifi with immediate effect.1. ***. Vox***.Vox***.Vox***. Vox***6I have phoned Vox several times and they keep saying they are waiting for vumatel. Sick and tired of not getting feedback. We cant even phone your landline. We have paid every month now we are sitting without wifi for a week.
