POOR SERVICE VUMATEL....

My ONT box is not working since Thursday 21st March is now 26th March my ONT box still has not been fixed. I made alot of calls to Home-connect which is my Service provider and Vumatel who is responsible for installation and technical problem solving. My query has been escalated probably 5 times still no one came out to attend to my problem. I have no wifi for 6 days now. All they say the ticket is with a technician. No one keep you up to date I have to phone all the time.... poor service
