Poor Service Vumatel and Vox

I have been trying to get Vuma to release my line allowing me to get an ISP for months now. Hitting dead ends. This is affecting my work as I work from home. Vetween Vuma and Vox they seem completeley lost. I have sent through my proof of ownership etc but nothing.
