POOR SERVICE VUMATEL AND MWEB

I app**** for a Fibre installation on the Vumatel site. Vumatel has a monopoly and is the only one allowed to install in the complex. The Fibre was after many calls only installed 4 weeks later. Mweb was selected as service provider. Nearly 3 weeks after installation and daily calls to Vumatel and Mweb the installation has not been activated. Vumatel apparently only needs to load the installation details on a portal with the IP address for Mweb to activate it. While I as client need the service the two businesses are escalating the matter with no results. I noticed on hellopeter other service providers also have similar challenges and the only common denominator seems to be Vumatel.. ITS SAID TO THINK THAT BOTH COMPANIES WHO PAYS LOTS OF MONEY TO ADVERTISE BUT WHEN ASKED FOR THE SERVICE CANT PERFORM AND GO INTO A FINGER POINTING AND EMPTY PROMISES MODE. WHAT ARE THEY SAYING TO US AS CLIENTS ??? DO NOT USE OUR PRODUCT PLEASE!!!!
