Poor service Vumatel

I have never come across such incompetence in my life time . It’s been 3 weeks now since I app**** for a fibre connection. 1st week they promised to connect me however they said they can’t because they have ran short of routers. 2nd week installation can’t take place because of my paving . I then fixed it .

Finally the fibre is installed however I till have to wait again for a router which was supposed to be received 3 weeks ago . An easy 1. Job has now returned into a project at my expense. I would never advise anyone to use vumatel I regret my decision as we speak.
