Poor Service Vumatel

It's been 13 days a call was logged with Vumatel by Vodaccom Fibre till today Vodaccom is struggling to get Vumatel to sort my issue. You cannot even contact Vumatel as they don't have any contact details. VUMATEL your service is very poor need my wifi sorted ASAP. Ref 703509.0
