Poor service Vuma

Really frustrated and disappointed in the service I'm getting from Vuma, when applying I got quick response and had to do payment and was told they would contact me for installation, it's been almost two weeks now and no contact, I received and email yesterday regarding the installers do's and don'ts but yet no call from installers, I have contacted both numbers on the email but no response....how do I get hold of the installation team? As I am not activated yet can I cancel my application and get my money back?
