Poor service very poor , dishonesty

Hi , so last week Friday the 23rd I bought a R299 flycool voucher which I was instructed to buy it by the lady who works for Vumatel at picknpay Alex Mall, she then gave me reference number and assured me the installation would take place between Tuesday and Wednesday but latest will be Wednesday, today it's Thursday no communication nothing from anyone infact I had to be the one to whatsapp her and ask her how far is which she just said she will call and get back to me , even now I'm still waiting for her , I believe these people get paid by the number if clients they get to buy those vouchers after you have bought it they don't care they don't follow up , I really regret applying for this nonsense tomorrow I'm going to go there and ask for my refund
