Poor Service, Untrained Staff!!!

I am disappointed at how I am treated by your agents despite being your loyal customer for years. I upgraded my vuma web africa to be the highest package of R799. In the month of upgrading my services abruptly got cut without any communication. I tried to log in and saw that the new order has been approved and needs to be paid. When I login to pay, system blocked me and said link has expired. I then contacted web africa and was told by Bakang M that I should get a new link to pay within 48 hours. After 48 hours I contacted them again and was told by Jaunita W(who rudely closed my conversation when I started asking questions) that my services had been canceled.

This is just pathetic.
