Poor Service / Support
Absolutely disgraceful service from both Vumatel and Home-Connect. No service since yesterday 10am. Logging calls on the Home-Connect app is a total waste of time.No one replies!
In fairness to Home-Connect they were pretty decent when I phoned and did actually follow up several hours later. However, the promised visit by a Vumatel Tech has not transpired. I am now heading towards 36 hours of downtime.
Aside from their poor service Zumatel appear to have a completely unreliable network. There are constant outages.
Another Eskom in the making.

I have lost income as I work from home and now cannot bill! Come on!!! Unacceptable.
