POOR SERVICE PROVIDER
I am really not sure what to do or say about this Vuma people or service provider but i have regrets God in heavens knows i have .I feel like they controlling us as as customers .We are unable to press the reset button if we experiencing network issues if we do they take your username and password away from you God knows for what ,but the service is paid in full its 3 days now that my service is off i have no username i have no password they are paid in full and i work from but this is my device and my money .I would never recommend anyone to use this people as a service provider they a poor shame you cant even change the password to your own its their password and it will stay their password .But its your money .

You guys are sick in your heads how this company still exists I really don't know only God knows its the first time in my entire life that I'm experiencing this type of service .I personally feel that all your customers must cancel or are you guys only doing this to me .First it was a struggle for you guys to install the device I had to wait 2 months and it was paid already .How do you guys take the password and username away from a paying customer if they reset they device .This is my device i am paying it this should be my password and my username and I can reset it at anytime VUMA VUMA VUMA VUMA has no right to control me and my device .
