Poor service provider

Poor service, there's an issue at my complex and yet everytime I check with them and their friends from Webafrica they will say it is an outage. How can we have an outage for 3 weeks and yet they still don't know what's wrong ?

Vuma Agents/technicians are wonderful and very supportive but I feel Vumatel is failing them as there are too many companies involved and out queries are taking loooong
