poor service provider

Im an exiating clinet of vuma however due to me moving houses i had to reinstall wifi in the new place and right now I am extremely upset with vumatel i am waiting for my refund from january..I paid for an address that i no longer live at they told me it being paid to the correct address so i was promised a refund for januarys payment uptil now no one has helped me every time its a story one after the next its money that i paid but neva had wifi for one month i want my refund.The service and responses i am receiving is absululty poor.
