Poor service of note

Been trying to get Vumatel to connect the fibre to my house for over a month now with no luck. we signed up with Afrihost who provided the router and cannot do anything further until Vuma does their part. We've been promised and promised and recently just advised that the people who do the installations are on leave but someone will call us before the 3rd with no luck. Your call centres are practically useless to say the least. Can someone please do something about this service we can't all be complaining about the same thing
