Poor Service - not intrested to resolve a issue
No response from Vumatel regarding activation on my Fibre Line my order is complete on Mweb side but vumatel is a no show to resolve the activation issue

23 Jul 2024, 22:26Good day thanks for not responding and no internet connection to date i am reporting it to ICASA i was always someone that believed vumatel was a good company but NOW dont use them it cant take more than a Month of activation. Last week a team was assigned still nothing...... DONT USE
