Poor Service, No connectivity

Vox/Vumatel have the worst service bar none. Connectivity is down on a regular basis in the Bryanston area. I haven’t had fibre since yesterday morning and l logged a ticket yesterday but still no response. The debit orders run without any delay but when it comes to providing quality service, they take their time.
