Poor Service & Lack of Communication

App**** for a fiber line to be installed at my property 1st week of December last year. Took Vumatel a month to provide feedback on dates when they will be doing the installations. Day came and gone with no-one installing the line and no communication from Vumatel that they were unable to install the line on that given date. I had to phone to follow-up and was told that they have been experiencing delays and will be out the following week...same story, no-one pitched and no communication. I had to phone again to follow-up, only to be told this time that they are unable to provide me with this information. I gave my details for a team leader or supervisor to contact me, another 3 week went by with no communication. Repeated this process 4 times before getting through to a supervisor who got a team to install the line. After the installation had taken place, turns out that it was a faulty installation and that Vumatel would need to re-install the line. I addressed these concerns with the supervisor who has not gotten back to me as yet. Vumatel came and installed the line yesterday and was told that I am good to go, with the service provider that we choose to come and setup the fiber inside the house with the router etc. Service provider advises today that the line is not activated as yet. Followed-up with Vumatel now again, who are unable to advise when my line will be activated and they cannot identify what the issue is! In every aspect I have received the poorest service, and am now finally at the point where I have to raise my concerns via this platform, in hope for a speedy resolution. Beyond upset with Vumatel, I'll go as far as saying they offer worse service than Telkom!
