Poor service internet is down for 3 weeks now
They been so helpless for 3 weeks without internet and i am paying for tis service
ISP-*** ticket number and they saying different stories that they can't fix it because i don't have power but i have it and with the backup

I am still not active and Web africa agent advise that Vumatel should do the activation and i spoke to Vumatel agent and now the ONT service light is on but the router is still off the internet light so now i feel like i am stupid @webAfrica

19 Dec 2023, 16:39I am really **** off about Vumatel service still not activated and webafrica they said the can't assist me as they are SP No ISP this service is **** thing and if not resolved by today , i don't see the need of recommending this company to other people
