Poor service fromWedAfrica

Yesterday morning my internet went down. I called my ISP WebAfrica and they told me that there is an outage in my area and it is being attended by Vumatel. I am still having a problem and have been waiting for an agent from WebAfrica to give me feedback since from 07h30 this morning. WebAfrica whatsapp BOT so unreliable. I need to speak to a person who give me answers,
