Poor Service from Vumatel

Vumatel are extremely unprofessional and have no remorse for their customers. This month alone the fibre in my area has been down almost 7 times. They do not communicate, when you call them they are rude an shift the blame to the ISP. I would never recommend them to anyone wanting to install fibre.
