Poor service from vumatel and refusal to give my refund

Beginning of November 2024 they deducted their money for the month of November on the 9 of November there was no network I contacted them I was told they are no longer servicing Khayelitsha and it was said they are cancelling my contract. Then they will refund me within 24 hour till today no refund.

My worst suprise was for them to deduct for the month of December for something that I am no longer using and it was said they are cancelling it. All the consultant that I have spoken with they are rude and *********** one said my refund will be paid within 24 working hours others said they are escalating my matter till today nothing has happened.

Please help me to get my refund for November and December.
