Poor Service from Vumatel

As a vumatel customer we lately experiencing too often network connection issues. It is a everyday challenge, if it's not slow, it's Internet with no connection. The service is very very poor & unacceptable. Their whatsapp communication platform is also useless as ever. They not helping at all. One waits for a day longest to be routed to an agent.
