POOR SERVICE FROM VUMATEL

These people ripe me off R800. I canceled my account with sadv....firstly on reason for cancelation they said it's death....Secondly we paid their account by bmistake after we canceled it but it went through....when we request for refund they told me to upload the documents after bI do did they said unfortunately they are unable to do refund without a reason...what was my worry is my personal information was already with them and that is against the law of POPI Act I've following them everyday from 14 - September- 2024 and I have not get the refund until today. Please help HelloPeter.
