Poor service from Vumatel

I have been waiting for Vumatel to finish activationg my Fibre since November 2023. I ordered through Vodacom, I cancelled the order and requested the refund but nothing happened, I said they must just finish the activation still nothing. I am stuck with their router at my house with no activation
