Poor service from Vumatel

Vumatel is a wifi service provider. Since Monday my service has been down. On Thursday they cane to have a look and informed me every body using vumatel is out because of a break in the cable 4.6 km from where I live. I work from home and had to purchase data bundles of about a R1000 to continue working. My monthly wifi subscription is a R890. I ask for progress feedback and there are just no feedback. Surely they can do better for their customers. I believe the have monitoring that can alert them cables are down and to repair fibre is fairly quickly. What is ready bad is the lack of care and feedback to loyal customers. Futher, this was the 2nd outage in 3 weeks
