Poor service from Vumatel.

A few weeks ago I had fibre installed in my house by vumatel I was assured that the fibre would reach the bed rooms and I would have good wireless internet connectivity. Once the internet was connected which took a futher two weeks I was extremely disappointed when the wifi did not connect to the bedroom. Therefore, I was misguided and told the wrong information and now I sit with the most important areas in my house without internet that I was told would be connected. I have been waiting to hear back from vumatel for over a week now and am kept on being told I will be assisted. If I had known before the poor treatment as well as service I would experience I never would of joined. I would never recommend vumatel to anyone.
