Poor Service from Vuma tech support

I have locked a call on Saturday for technical assistance with vumatel. To date i havent been assisted, i have been on the call with contacts centre personell and i havent recived joy. Im told that the call will be attended to, mind you i have just started using vuma infrastructure on thursday. No customer urgency nor agility. Poor service.

Hi All,

My was eventually resolved. The technicians fixed the line, i would like to commend vumatel for the expertise they assigned to this call. Whilst im still displeased with the whole process from logging a call, the response and all. The technicians were marvelous in their execution.
