Poor service from vuma fibre

My wifi has been having a problem for th past 5 days.I contacted vuma on the phone number ***on their logo,and the person said he doesn't work for vuma. Eventually on 3rd day was a number ***,which when called it did not exist. Called the number again and was promised to be given a number for person who worked there directly, to n avail. Today called the number again and the gentleman stated that he was at Jabulani and if I had a car and I said yes I do. He then went further to say I should fetch him from Jabulani for him to come snd help.I then said my children were not in and would call him when I have transport to pick him up.I feel this is highly unfair for the service provider to no have clear communication as to what to do when you problems.
